I say the first thing that flashes across my mind that I don't intend to pose as an expert English Language. Otherwise, this is a troublesome problem as for me, I would as lief use Indonesian Language, because I am an Indonesian. I conscious that the English Language is important language and must learned for most people. I dedicate the personal website [ also known as website pribadi or situs pribadi ] as to be emphasis and my love of Wonogiri Regency.

The SUKSES to voted in as motto and slogan to building Wonogiri Regency. Sukses it is no present as merely slogan. But possess dimensional meaning. On the one hand as slogan, on the other hand as attainment the target of success, with meant as to function in based on concept the leadership management.  Concept which created through success formulation, it is no struggle concept for the sake of win war which ever to do by Pangeran Sambernyawa [ also known as Kanjeng Gusti Pangeran Adipati Mangkunegara I ] in the 18^th century. But in the final analysis is management formulation for the sake of attained  a success in building the city of Wonogiri .

THE CHARACTER OF WONOGIRI PEOPLE

It is understood in historical data, in the time of Mangkunegara I in to hold the reins of Kingdom government to divide a character of Wonogiri people into five groups, it is as follows :

• The Nglaroh area, the north of Wonogiri territory, encompasses between Selogiri subdistrict territory, it has a character is “ BANDOL NGROMPOL “,  The meaning is this in general people of Nglaroh area is firm believe in God also has been to gather around. This character very good in build unity and integrity , if to make use to afford this Nglaroh people potency is  a certain kind force basic power strong in struggle.
• The Sembuyan area, it is encompasses southern Wonogiri territory [ this in part area to sink into the dam of waduk Gajah Mungkur ]. This Sembuyan people has a character as “ KUTHUK KALUNG KENDHO “ their tend to be obedient to guidance or Paternalistic people. Therefore, when Orde Baru period, built a dam of Gajah Mungkur is 8.800 hectare to sank 51 villages at 7 subdistrict territory with must removel 60 thousand resident, almost no harml befalls anything.
• The Wiroko area, this area encompasses Wiroko river around or located to the Southeastern  Wonogiri Regency territory or exact at Tirtomoyo subdistrict territory around. This Wiroko people  has a character like is “ KETHEK SERANGGON “. As if  a monkey a like life cliquish. If come  near they are can’t appreciate, but in so foar they are broken heart. They javanese says, they are an character is easy going-difficult.
• The Keduwang area, encompasses to the east Wonogiri area. It character people as “ LEMAH BANG GINE BLEGAN “.  This people like dissipates anad not easy controlled. But for guidance conceive character of them in fact they are very easy to be direction for good aim.
• The Honggobayan area, encompasses to the east Wonogiri Regency territory [ this area in part between now into Karanganyar Regency territory ]. The Honggobayan people has the character as if “ ASU GALAK ORA NYATEK “. They  are have a rough exterior but in the fact they are is good people.

That five character ever to be background the history a long time ago to identification on field of struggle of Raden  Mas Said also known as  Mangkunegara I [ Pangeran Sambernyawa ]. He known people potency by that all character in arranged struggle strategy and him leadership.
